All -
I may be moving to Lindenberg, Germany from the United States for a new job. I wanted to see if their was any RC racing in the area. I currently race 1/10 electric and gas touring cars and 1/8 gas 4wd buggies. Any help would be much appreciated. I dont have time to check the forums often so, please email me at chi.patel@gmail.com

Also I may have some questions about the area since I have never left the US before.

Sincerely,
Chirag Patel

Hi Chi,

there are quite a few 'Lindenberg' in Germany, so you will have to specify where exactly you will be located. To find descent tracks you should have a look at http://www.rcmap.de. you will need a little understanding of german language though :)

I will send the same information to your email address too.

cheers
Kai

oh and: welcome!!

If you are moving to Düsseldorf the Langenfeld Club (Homebase from Jörn Neumann) will be your first choice.

Langenfeld looks like a great venue Andy, get in touch with Jorn and Marc R and make it a proper first day out.:woot::woot::woot:.

Perhaps, but you get snow in Dusseldorf in winter don't you? Next summer season you never know, you may get some of the Brit boys follow your lead and come race against Jorn N and Marc R on their home dirt track. Get a big flat so that the guys can crash at yours!!!

Probably, but not mandatory. The outdoor track is closed though, but there's a great offroad carpet season in a gym in Langenfeld very close to the outdoor track. dates this winter are: 19.10.08, 9.11.08, 14.12.08, 11.01.09, 22.02.09, 15.03.09
