What's the advantage over the plaggy ones?

Chris Evison asked me to produce them for his 2 wheel drive conversion. His reason for upgrading them was, and I quote... "the bearings move in the plastic ones when warm or worn out , it is a cause of the diff gears stripping especially the ball diff ."
