Hi can anyone tell me what a 36/28 tyre combo is?

As long as you're not asking about foams I think this will mean the rating of the tyre in relation to temperature. The lower the number the softer and thus grippier the rubber. So if you have a 20 that'd be very soft and a 40 would be hard. I would say a 36 front / 28 rear would be deemed hard / medium.
