Unless the engines start popping with the regularity of the 80's, i certainly won't be switching on.

From testing its too difficult to make predictions.
It looks like mercedes and ferrari engined cars may be more reliable at the start of the season at least.
We will certainly find out on saturday who has the pace.
There have been so many changes to the cars i dont think even the teams really know where they are.
Personally i hope jenson has a great season (im a big mclaren and button fan), and red bull have a stinker. I really want a close season with ferrari, mclaren and mercedes battling it out.
I also think massa at williams may do well.
As long as im not watching sebastian pull away by seconds a lap from the start i will be happy. No disrespect intended but his car for two of the last four years has been unbeatable!

It's going to be interesting. Button reports the Ricciardo went round the outside of him at turn 11 in Bahrain testing like he was on rails, so if they get any performance and reliability it might be a case of Red Bull checking out from lap 1.
No prediction here, just a hope for some good racing now they have more power and torque and less aero grip. I'd rather it wasn't decided by retirements, just good racing. I will be watching on the Beeb, and really sorry that they've ditched Gary Anderson. Let battle commence!

I didnt know they had dropped gary anderson! Have they got a new technical guy? I hope so.
I really hope the new regs mean it is closer racing and more overtaking.
I do think it will take four or five races to settle though, there are a huge amount of new regs.
I love watching the battles in f1, even lower down the grid. Hamilton and button had some great battles a couple of years ago..
Rosberg and hamilton this year???

Nope; typical Beeb, they don't think the technical side is of interest to viewers - really!
Gary Anderson is now on autosport.com, but you need to pay the subscription to find him. He'll have to go without me - not paying for that when I can get good stuff on James Allen's site and the official F1 site.

Well for all the money and hype the race has nothing compared to the three two wheel drive BRCA final legs from silverstone a few weeks ago, ugly looking cars, dull sound, dull racing. I shall not waste any more time watching
