Guys,
Please can you help, I currently have a durango dex210 which is ready to race but I am just about to buy lipos and I can't work out what style to get.
Given that I may get a 4wd at some point and upgrade the 2wd with yok bmax or ae b5m I am wondering whether I can buy one style to suit future needs ?
Advice needed urgently please as I want to order these in the next few days.
Was going to order 4 sets ?

If it was me I'd order saddles as u can use them for everything so u shouldn't need to worry about buying different packs in the future if u do change ur car an it has a different layout

A couple of sets should be fine for running a single car per meeting. The question would be saddles or shorties; I personally don't see any reason to buy a stick pack over saddles.
You should check setups to see which style is popular with your current dex210 and buy the batteries accordingly.

If you are planning to get 4 sets, and a future 4wd and/or change the 210 i'd be looking at 2 sets of saddles first and foremost and then one or possibly two shorties. The shorties give some nice choices for weight distribution.
4 sets is overkill for one car, but having some options later on might be nice.
(Pretty sure the bmax and B5m will both take saddles and shorties anyway)

Ive been running standard length cells in my 210 for the last 2 seasons. It was only last Sunday on the Coventry astro in dry conditions with good grip I decided to experiment with a friends shorty pack in practice.
I found the car a general improvement in handling with good balance.the car was more nimble and seem to change direction better which was to my liking. (Cells to the rear position).ive now ordered two shorty packs.wish I'd tried this ages ago.just waiting for the V2 to be released now and hope to have a good seasons racing.
