Team Orion Advantage Touch Advance charger

Hi.
Is there anybody in here that knows what the "Light orange" color on this
touch screen is?? Or why it looks like that??
The charger is as good as new, it has only charged 3 batteries.
The charger works 100% as it should, but I dont think the touch screen looks
100% as it should.
I have sent an email with this picture attached to Team Orion's customer service, but they are just ignoring my
email... very sad, because I'm very happy with the charger, but not the touch
screen.
Hope anybody can help :)

I have not used the charger much since november (only 3 times) because
our very nice indoor track closed last year... very sad :(

Looks like the touch panel has come away from the LCD. Can you change where the 'orange' area is by pressing the touch screen (not hard, just as you would do normally)?

Hi Ian.
I have just tested the touch screen, and I can make changes in the 'orange' area... and I dont have to press harder in the 'orange' area than in the 'white' area.
- In the email I have sent to Team Orion, I also asked if I could get a new touch screen - but no answers.

Ahh, sorry I didn't explain myself very well! Can you move the orange shadow around on the screen, i.e. if the panels have come apart can you change the gap between them?

The touch will work everywhere as it is a separate panel to the LCD and all that has happened, in my opinion, is that they have separated but both are functional. The orange effect is the distortion of the light as the panels aren't parallel.
