View Full Version : Bank Holiday Meeting Monday 26th May

Due to a last minute cancellation at the venue we will be holding a club meeting at Oswestry Radio Car Club on bank holiday Monday 26th May. Even though this is short notice we thought we would grab the opportunity to do some running on our newly laid astro track. Gates will open at 9 o'clock booking in will open at 9.45 and first heat on the line for 10.45. Format will be 4 rounds of qualifying and and a final running round by round with 2 from 4 to count. Entry fee is £5 for members and £6 for none members. We would prefer if you can enter in advance but we will accept entries on the day! For more information on the club visit www.oswestryrcc.com

Hoping to make os on Monday for a play but depends if we have a regional on sunday and whether the missus will let me plus the dreaded bank holiday weather.

Dont want to mess anyone around so could you put me down as a maybe and will defo make it if I can

I've also emailed and got no reply, I spoke to Tony Bishop at Telford today and he's going so I guess it's still on, what time do the gates open, start time etc.

Gates will be open at 09:00, booking in at 09:45. I was at the track earlier today and it was in good shape, looking foward to a good days racing. I haven't got details on the number of entries but I will try to find out. Thanks mike

A great days racing, a good turn out with 35 racers, thanks to all those who attended. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

It was well worth the drive over from brum. Fantastic new track and some bank holiday sunshine. Can't wait for the 2wd regional :thumbsup:
