Help please
I have a Rb5 that I got an about a month a go. And decided to use this at the weekend but had big problems. Just not able to drive.

1) It was very nervous on the front end.
2)Had a tendency to roll over at any time On the corners.
3) Was unable to get the power down as would over steer brushless 6.5 motor

I was using shu yellow mini spike’s all round with 30% oil in the rear and 40% in the front. Silver rear springs a light green in the front. Have 30g weight in the front bulkhead. Atomic front shock tower.

So have changed this all back to kit set-up now need a set-up for indoors on carpet/ shine floor

Hi mate. What pistons do you have in? With mini spikes and them springs and oils it should be about right? I ran 35 wt oil all round indoors and its a little soft on the front so I would like to go to 40wt. Also, how high is it?

From the kit setting remove 1mm from Inside front ballstuds (so you should have 1mm under) and add the washers to the outside rear ballstuds to get 3mm. Then flip the front mount for the rear pivot pins so you have less anti-squat and if you have them run #65 yellow springs on the rear and stick with the #75 fronts. move the top/rear shock mount to the outside hole. I use 3B pistons all round and have 35 front and 30 rear shock oils (AE).

HTH's you out m8

Hi simon ( Thanks for the info )

I had 2 c front and 2 b rear. As fot the hight i set this to front and rear whish bones level.

Just a quick question want to change to smaller size ball stud like the one's on my b44. Any advice

Yes, Don't do it the K' ones are very good and way stronger than AE ball cups/studs. As for ride height try front=Arms level and rear=bones level, roughly 20mm

Try a smaller hole piston. I use 3B's all round.
