Just a quickie to let you guys know that Mansfield model racing club is returning to its former venue at Bottany Ave Commercial Park back on the right side of town. This is with immediate effect so from this wed night on we are there. All classes will be catered for with a multi surface buggy track being layed on as well as carpet for tourers. Please come and have a look/run. Fun close racing is what we are about. All usual facilities on site. Any Q's please dont hesitate.

I didn't know you'd ever moved, but then again I haven't been over for umm, about 14 months. Are you back in the old mill-type building again?

Yes mate. Its Botany Commercial Centre ,Botany Ave Mansfield. NG18 5NF
Doors will open around 6 with racing starting around 7. Its a good venue with lots of room for tracks and pitting. 240 is available but recommend you bring an extension cable. We'll be building more ramps and obsticles as the time allows. It'll be very good fun and great practice for events like Broxtowe and Worksop. Hope to see lots of you there.

Is there racing on tomorrow (5th)? I've got a pass out  and don't want to waste it if there's nothing on.
If you are running, will a buggy be OK? Do I need specific tyres? How much is it to race? Would I be wasting my time bringing the Tamiya Mini down too, just to get some non-buggy action in?
