Hi all,
Just wondering if its just me or any others have had this. I ordered tyres on Tuesday. Today still nothing. Tried phoning to see if they have been posted but cant get any answer from the phone. Been trying to get hold for over 1 hour but no answer. It does state order before 3pm same day post. Its now Thursday again nothing.
I need these tyres for Saturday but not looking like it.....:( I would have thought If they were posted Tuesday I would of had them today ??????

Never had a problem with them myself. I've ordered from them via the web, phone and through their eBay shop and the items have always arrived quickly and well packed. Normally you even get a small sweet which my other half nicks!
Keep trying the phone number tomorrow, maybe they were busy sending out orders. Fingers crossed for you.

As being a former employee of JE when based in Manchester
I can say for sure they have been dispatched and your now relying on the good old Royal Mail..
If you check there website it will say on there somewhere on 1st class/1st class recorded you have to allow them a number of days for delivery. Most of the time they do get stuff delivered next day but sometimes a little longer.. Please be patient though. Once it's dispatched it's in the hands of Royal Mail
Special delivery is the only way to be 100% on next day regardless
Cheers

I've bought quite a few parts from them on eBay. They've always provided a very good service and never let me down. My only complaint is the last 3 orders haven't included the sweets ;-)
I have an eBay shop and it's not uncommon for things to be delayed in the post.

Does the order contain paints.
If so they use an alternative courier and it takes a little longer to arrive

Hi all,
Apologies if there were any delays with a delivery this week.
We had a couple of staff issues (including someone off with sunstroke! In the UK!).
Over 90% of parcels did still go out on time, but a few were inevitably delayed very slightly.
There are a lot of delays with Royal Mail as well at the moment unfortunately. I'd recommend paying the bit extra for 1st class if you are in a rush as it does seem to be a lot quicker than 2nd class right now. As Nick said, if you need it next day then our courier option is the only way to go.
It's usually quicker to email us for an answer. Especially this week as with the staff shortages we pulled people off the phones to make sure that orders went out as quickly as possible, but the emails are monitored all day.
xfactor - drop me an email at sales@jemodels.com with your name and I can check when your order went out.
Best regards,
Dave

Mark, I can confirm what Dave is saying as my order was similarly delayed but arrived yesterday.
These things happen from time to time and I have to say the guys were spot on and Dave got back to me in less than 30mins from me sending the e-mail, about the norm from my experience.
