Gearbox help 210

Ok I've rebuild gearbox an diff put everything back together but no matter how tight I tighten slipper nut wen under load it just spins an moves nowhere any help appreciated

The spacer on the lay shaft needs replacing as its not tightening enough. Common problem on rango's, the original are silver better ones are a greenish yellow and are stronger

Thanks pal that was my problem swapped to another the darker coloured
