I have noticed some of my HPI tools are rounding off and not really lasting very well. So the question is what to replace them with as they wear out. I would much sooner invest in something that will last than replace them all the time.

Looking around it seems Hudy are the brand to go for but I have a few RDRP (Revolution Design Racing Products) camber gauge, ride height gauge that sort of thing and the quality is great. Does anybody know anything about their tools? Or can you suggest another brand I should be looking at.

RDRP stuff is great, as are the Hiro Seiko range of drivers. RDRP similar price (slightly cheaper IIRC) than Hudy, HS quite a bit cheaper than Hudy but real nice sharp ends on the hex drivers. EDS are not bad either.

I've been using the TOP tools (http://www.rcracinguk.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=7_29&sort=2a&filter_id=18) for a while and they are very good, no wear to report.

I bought some drivers approx. 6 years ago now and every time they get a little rounded I run them on my grinder till all is square again, last me another 6 months or so.

If there's enough meat on your drivers, this may be a solution !!
