Hi,
the goal of this topic is to list all tires available for indoor clay tracks and give a feedback about them based on your experience. I will edit the 1st post regularly so that everything is up to date and visible.
So, if you have an experience with a specific indoor clay tire and can give a feedback about what you liked or didn't like about it, please share!
Of course this thread is open to all rc scales: 1/10, 1/8, SCT, ST...
AKA Handlebar (1/10, 1/8)
http://www.amain.com/images/large/aka/aka14014sr.jpg
AKA introduce the Handlebar indoor low-profile tires. The patterns feature minimal tread height for speed, stability and traction on hard-packed surfaces. The leading and trailing edges of the treads have been rounded to minimize break-in time while AKA’s proprietary compounds provide low tire wear. The Handlebar is available in 1/10 Buggy rear and 2WD front, as well 1/8 Buggy in soft, super-soft, and the new clay compound. Kyosho’s Jared Tebo and Team Associated’s Ryan Cavalieri put their stamp of approval on the clay compound Handlebars at the 2013 CRCRC Midwest Champs. They put in a combined effort of 4-TQ’s and 4-1st place finishes in their first race on the new Handlebar tires.
AKA Rebar (1/10, SC)
http://www.shortcourse.eu/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/AKA-RebarSCtyre.jpg
Designed by Mark Pavidis and Jared Tebo AKA’s new Rebar Short Course tyre is ideally suited for indoor and hard packed, blue grooved outdoor tracks. The tyre features double side rails on the edges of the tire provide extra sidewall support. This extra support is key to making the tire feel consistent in the turns allowing for a more aggressive driving style. The wide staggered centre lugs give the tyre great forward traction to hook up the power and launch your vehicle off the corner and over the jumps.
AKA Typo (1/8, 1/10, SC)
http://www.amain.com/images/large/aka/aka13120cr.jpg
Also new for the 1/8th buggy class is the Typo, a tread that started its life in the 1/10th buggy class. The Typo is a very low tread pattern that has been optimised for hard-packed indoor tracks and low dust, grooved outdoor tracks. They are available in AKA’s clay, super soft and soft compounds. It is understood that both tyres will also become available pre-mounted on white or yellow disc rims.

Jconcepts Bro Codes
http://cdn6.rccaraction.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/3066_600px-2.jpg?319fdd
This is a set of two JConcepts Bro Codes 2.2 Rear Buggy Tires. The Bro Code has been broken at JConcepts, as the famously referenced tires have been released. The Bar Code V1 design has been a hit as being the freshest tire design seen in the last 10 years of racing development. But as always, JConcepts understands tire development and the specific details which determine performance.
At first glance, Bros can be easily mistaken for the popular Bar Code but the details reveal a major difference. Introducing the first tire born as a Broken-in tread geared toward the finely tuned racer - Bro (Broken-in) Codes. Broken-in lugs on the leading edge of the entire tread form a finely knit pattern of newly formed low-profile features. Why do certain tires work while others do not? JConcepts knows the reason, and on prepared, wet clay surfaces there is a tremendous advantage to starting off on the right tire, tread height, wear and compound.
Jconcepts Bar Codes
http://www.redrc.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/jconceptsbarcodes-1.jpg
The Code of Silence has been broken at JConcepts, and the Bar Codes are out. The Bar Code design is the freshest tire design seen in the last 10 years of racing development regardless of class and scale. Like the name suggests the alternating bar design combined with the addition of the Y side bars provide uncompromised support for blue and black groove conditions. Bar Codes are a specialty tire that when matched to the appropriate track can provide amazing results.
The Bar Codes are a part of the JConcepts special breed of tire, designed for maximum performance when new or used as the design allows even wear all the way down to the tire body. Bar Codes in new condition excel on hard surfaces that have taken rubber with either dry or wet grooved conditions. Worn Bar Codes excel on indoor or outdoor clay tracks where a minimal dust groove has formed.
Jconcepts Dirt Webs
http://www.rcnews.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/New-Dirt-Webs-Tyres-from-JConcepts.jpg
During 2012, legendary tire builder, Brian Kinwald, came up with a hand-made tire design. After testing at tracks around the country and working together with JConcepts designer Jason Ruona, the Dirt Webs tire was born. Production tire versions debuted during the 2013 IFMAR World Championships at Silver Dollar Raceway in Chico, CA, where Ryan Maifield used the front tire to his advantage during the A-Final events taking the fastest lap times on his way to a 3rd overall podium finish in the 2wd class.
The tread, originally based on the popular Pressure Points tire design connects uniformly positioned Web-Bars to create an amazingly stable tire. The Web-Bar treatment delivers massive forward acceleration; however, the design does not stop there. Inside the supported bar portion rests horizontal and vertical alternating bars which help balance side-bite and backs up the Web-Bars to help minimize wear. Down in the corners, small Pressure Point sized pins break-in quickly providing surface area for specialty indoor racing and also lend a helping hand to stabilize the tire in extreme high-grip conditions.
The outer edges feature a single rib on each side which proves extra side-bite during heavy cornering and side-loading characteristics. The Dirt Web thread sits on the proven "Bar Code" tire carcass giving the tire a low-profile, wide-body appearance allowing clipped tread to extend all the way to the outer edges. The carefully shaped profile allows a great balance of monster forward traction and comfortable side-bite. Available in multiple compounds, the Dirt Webs can easily be matched to any track conditions ranging from indoor clay, indoor dirt to outdoor hard-packed or treated clay or dirt.
Jconcepts 3D's
http://www.redrc.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/JCon3DsBug.jpg
This is a set of two JConcepts 3D's 2.2 Rear 1/10 Buggy Tires. Straight-out of the JConcepts Third Dimension are the creatively designed 3D's 1/10th buggy race tire. Debuted at the IFMAR World Championships in Pattaya, Thailand for the 1/8th buggy class, the 3D's designed by Jason Ruona and tested by the JConcepts Team are a first of their kind. Developed to be the ultimate Slick-groove tire, the 3D's are a first to combine the high-stability design of a black groove bar tire into an individually flexible pattern of finely spaced Double Dee lugs in one package.
The roots of the 3D's design came after extensive research and development over a period of 2 racing seasons. As racing on both indoor and outdoor conditions have matured, a more flexible, supremely grippy tire design was necessary to drive the edgy, fast pace. The 3D's grip as a new, highly sought after, favorite in these conditions. 3D's excel on indoor and outdoor hard packed surfaces with either dry or wet conditions. Drivers will feel the immediate impact of the exclusive design and proprietary rubber compound as they rip around the track at blistering speeds. An all-out design for racing, pure JConcepts.
Jconcepts Pressure Points
http://blog.jconcepts.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/3049_600px-2.jpg
JConcepts Pressure Points are the latest low-height tread option specifically designed to tame high-speed courses with either wet or blue groove traction conditions. The design starts as an angular, low pin design as a carryover from the successful Bar Codes front tire line-up. The small “points” combined with “lower case” Y elements developed on the original Bar Codes V1 rear tire provide the ultimate in surface area “pressure” penetration and tack.
The inner carcass and side-wall has built-in ribbing which limits carcass collapse and increases support on the outside during hard cornering and driving. The inner ribbing, combined with the included JConcepts insert, is a perfect match to provide the ultimate in support, traction and consistency. Pressure Points are designed to be driven hard while maintaining the grip necessary to drive at the limit. The edges of the side-walls have been carefully rolled for a smooth transition during cornering which limits traction-roll characteristics and allows the driver control during the all important tipping point every driver has experienced.

Panther Rattler

The Panther Rattler has a great balance of forward bite and side bite that is needed to run on medium to high bite hard packed surfaces. The drier the track, the harder the compound of tire you should use (ie: soft when moist, med-soft when dry), and "Clay" compound is ideal for colder weather and or hard packed tracks.
Panther Switch

Hot Bodies Beams tires are suitable for hard & dry off-road surfaces such as hard-packed clay and 'blue groove' high bite conditions. With Criss-cross bars crossing the tire and mini-pins in between they resemble an unfinished skyscraper in appearance. Scraping up traction where there is none.
Hotbodies Fullslots
