Can't help locate the people you are after, but the parts are now sold as team c tc02c spares.

Sorry to jump on this. I've been given an Ansman Mad Monkey. I thought it would be a great car for the kids to mess with. But that being the case, obviously spares would be needed, so if I'm reading this right the Team C TC02C spares are the same?

That's correct. The mad rat became the team c tco2 (rear mounted motor - behind rear shocks) and the mad monkey became tco2c (mid mounted motor - in front of rear shocks)
Team c have since added various evo models and things with different chassis lengths, but the old tco2 and tco2c are the things to go for.
