We use LRP VTEC 27R's at our cluba dnthey are fantastic (and availbale again), we used to use LRP VTEC 24R's, they became extinct, so we looked elsewhere. Now the 24's have re-emerged they seem to be made different and they are useless comparred to how they used to be, so 27's all the way, with additive, no need for warmers.

I'm using Take Off CS22 or Sorex 24 (depends on track's rules, if there is too much grip - Take Off CS27). Mostly with soft inserts. Also using LRP aditive (I've tried for asphalt and also for carpet - both works) if needed.

Last time I was down at your track I ran the aforementioned VTEC 27s. They had already had two race meetings at the BIWS on them but still performed very well once up to temperature, no warmers or additive used.

In the first couple of rounds the untreated rubbers were a bit of a handful but when the line goes down and grip comes up they are hardly any slower than foams, and a lot more entertaining to drive.

What I have been using up at the Jarrow carpet series is the new Much-More QTS 28 (Quick Traction Series) - these have given almost instant grip without additive or warming, although the Jarrow carpet is the cheaper Prima Duo rather than the proper PrimaTrack GT - and Duo seems to be a bit grippier, but fluffier.
