hey guys,

so I have been servicing my ZX5 and opened the front diff however it was full off shavings... well i asume it is shavings from the gears. I did hear what sounded like someone searching for gears during a crash recently but once the car was flat again the gears didn't make a sound.

Please have a look at the link bellow for the pictures of the one-way and the diff housing

has anyone had any experience with this one way? I got with with the car years ago and cant see how to disassemble it t replace the main gear, the vour screws cant be loosened completely and the gear cant go over the silver sleeve.

any help will be appreciated!!

Regards
Jakes

The black ring furthest from the gear will pop off but it's a tight fit. You can then slide off the ali tube and then your gear.

If you download the original ZX5 manual it has all the info in there.
