hi all,will my nihm batts hold a charge/work if i av not charged them 4 over a year?if so,what is/or is there a way to test them?

Charge them and see. Difficult to know without trying, if you have a voltmeter you could test the pack voltages, if they are under 6v then they will be deteriorating so will lose there charge more quickly.
