Could someone please help who is directly involved with oople, I ordered and paid for decals on December 3rd, nothing arrived, have sent jimmy a private message and emailed Vicky several time but neither seems to want to reply !!!!!!!!!!!!

All I want it the name decals I ordered for my 13yr old daughter

Could someone from admin or to be honest just anyone acknowledge me please
