Custom Name Decals taking ages... who do I need to speak to?

Sorry for yet another thread regarding name decals, but after messages and emails with no reply (to Vicky) who is best to contact? All I want to know is how long they will be!!

A lot of people have had issues with them and there's a lot of threads with people asking the same question. Most the people do get them in the end or they ask for a refund that they do get. I was going to get some myself but after the amount of bad stories I've heard im going to stay clear. Everyone has busy lives and have things to do but while they are taking peoples money/ offering a service they should at least reply to emails to say that there might be a delay.

I did have issues and have found a local print shop called Summer Signes who is making me some for my daughter, any sign writer shop/ sticker place will have a solvent printer and be able to make them for you
