Can you please tell me if the Mid west web site is not working tried to book in with Start for the regionals but didnt have my pt numbers and now having problems trying to sort it out

I have done Scott but not sure if he wants me to re-enter or just supply my pt. When i tried to re-enter not sure if it is working
