Hobbywing v3.1 vs v3.1 Stock Spec.

Hi All,

http://www.rctech.net/forum/classic_images/smilies/confused.gif Is there someone who can tell me what the difference is between XERUN Competition V3.1 ESC and XERUN Stock Spec V3.1.
The only thing I can see is that, one comes in metal case and the other in plastic cover.
For all data are the same, is it true or is there more difference .... ???

I'm sure the stock spec is 100a continuous whereas the competition is 120a and I think the software differs out the box

I currently run the stock spec esc in my 4 wd. No issues at all and it is wired to a 6.5 motor.

The main diffs are plastic case instead of metal, lower continous output lower on stock esc. Lighter stock spec. No software diff as can use program card.

Both are awesome esc's, imho
