Have you considered the 3D printed D-parts by ORB Racing?

The parts were re-designed to improve durability and take out some of the weak points of the original parts - such as replacing the press nut slots for hexagonal nut slots. The parts are printed from nylon and are available in white and black. For more information, email to Orbracing@gmail.com

My front bulkhead is broken after 22 years... Do you know where i can buy a new one please ? 3D printing for exemple ? I have emailed ODR but still waiting for their answer.
