Hi Everyone

My girlfriend bought me a transmitter muff from:

It was ordered at the end of April for my birthday, when it first arrived I opened it to find it was wheel type muff. I at first thought she had ordered the wrong one, but she showed me the receipt. And the discription clearly states fastrax stick style transmitter muff. I have rung during the opening hours about 10 times and left answer phone messages, my girlfriend has e-mailed and I e-mailed on the 18th of May with no response to any sort of communication! Does anyone know who these guys are? How can I get my girlfriend her money back. Wasn't payed for with paypal! Anyone know where they are located?

Personally if they aren't responding to calls or emails why don't you sell the wheel one on Ebay and buy another. Take from it that your experiences and sharing on hear will probably dissuade people from buying off them?

Ashley, my mate has a stick muff in very good condition and he now uses a wheel,may be a possible solution

Hi everyone

Thanks for the replys I'm reluctant to just post it back to them as I may never see it again. I'm going to contact trading standards. I was hoping that someone might of used the shop or known the owner.

Thanks for your replays I actually have two as she accidentally ordered the wrong one from mb models a few weeks previous. So I'll happily swap that one with you if your happy with that lee. It's still in the bag with tags.
