Just thought I would mention to everyone that I just noticed RC Disco has a brilliant offer on the Xb4'15 cars. We have been running them all year without fault

MB have it for 244.99 and free postage! http://www.rccarshop.co.uk/index.php/race-models/team-xray/xr360002-xray-xb4-2015-specs-4wd-1-10-electric-off-road-car.html

Tempted to get one for spares!

Question is though, isn't there a new one coming?

I think it's a little early for a new car, 2wd will come before they look at 4wd I would have thought.

No chance of a new car! I seriously doubt you'll see any major changes until well into next year. I'm sure there will be some new options after the euros & worlds.

Agree very unlikely to be a completely new car as Xray are probably concentrating on the 2WD but maybe a 2016 car with some of the more recently released option parts on the same basis the 2014 and 2015 cars were revisions of the original car?

Just looks odd that they released updated 2014 and 2015 models and then this price drop just about the time they would want to clear the shelves if there was a 2016 car on its way.

Just guessing though.

Looks like both MB and RC Disco have sold out now?

Not surprising at that price!

Inside Line still have them in stock if anyone's still after one.

Why would X Ray drop the price if there isn't another kit coming? I can't see it just to sell more kits or to compete with the opposition when the most popular 4wd car at the mo is the Yoke which is over £400. My guess is there is a new version coming in time for the worlds.

It would be my guess also that another car is on the horizon, it's nearly always the case when a company drops the price on one of their models. In fact, there will most likely be a few new cars after the worlds in Japan.

I would imagine most/all of the serious manufacturers will have something new/tweaked for the Worlds.

Hmmm not so sure now seeing as MB are discounting all their Xray kits.

We have another batch on there way!

To answer questions, i am expecting the 2016 version later this year, October at the earliest from what i understand there won't be many changes, probably just 12mm hex wheels!

But unless its Schumacher you wont be able to buy it! Best rc car manufacturer by miles!
