Hi everyone,

Since there is no topic online yet about the BNK at Bergschenhoek, I thought I would post about it with some points and questions about it.

1. I coincidentally came across the pre-inscription form on MyRCM.ch (Link (http://www.myrcm.ch/myrcm/main?hId[1]=org&dId[O]=3200&pLa=nl))
2. For those who don't have Facebook, I came across a post stating that camping at the trackside is not allowed this year. Is it possible for the organization to confirm this and perhaps give some alternatives for the fellow Belgian racers to stay overnight?
3. As a question to the Bergschenhoek crew: The last few years I recall there was a BBQ that people could join, and catering on Sunday as well. Since the camping facilities are not available this year, could you clarify how the other facilities are planned/organized this year?

Thanks for your help and I hope to see you all Saturday and/or Sunday :)

Programma

Zaterdag 22 augustus:
10:00 tot 21:00 - Vrije training

BBQ voor de liefhebbers mogelijk. Aanmelden via inschrijfformulier Myrcm of stuur een bericht naar mvb.racing@online.nl.

Zondag 23 augustus:
Voor 8:30 - Inschrijven/aanmelden
Vanaf 9:00 - Circuit gesloten
Rond 9:30 - Start eerste heats

Inschrijven
De kosten zijn bij voorinschrijving €8,- per klasse. Het is ook mogelijk om 's ochtends in te schrijven, dit kost €10,- per klasse.
Voorinschrijving via Myrcm, en is mogelijk t/m vrijdag 22 augustus.

Locatie
Het MVB circuit is gelegen in het Lage Bergsche Bos tussen Rotterdam en Bergschenhoek

Telsysteem

MRT transponders worden niet ondersteund. De nieuwe AMB "purcy" kan wel gebruikt worden.

Overnachten naast het circuit tijden het BNK weekend is, helaas, niet meer toegestaan!
Er is ons door Provincie Zuid Holland aangegeven dat het niet meer is toegestaan om op de Dagcamping, gelegen naast het circuit, te overnachten.
Tevens is het ook niet meer toegestaan er voertuigen op te plaatsen.
Het is alleen nog mogelijk om, overdag, op de dagcamping met een tent te verblijven.

Inscription à l’avance €8 par classe. Inscription le matin de la course €10 par classe.

Inscription à l’avance par Myrcm, jusqu’à vendredi 21 août.

Lieu

La course se déroule sur le circuit à Bergschenhoek.

Comptage

Nous avons converti au nouveau décodeur (RC4). Cela signifie que les puces MRT ne sont plus supportées. La nouvelle puce AMB « Purcy » peut être utilisée.

[B]Hébergement à coté des temps de circuit le week-end BNK est pas autorisé! [/ B]

Nous avons reçu de la province de Hollande du Sud qu'il est plus autorisé à rester sur le Dagcamping, situé à côté du circuit.

En outre, il n'y a pas non plus autorisé à y être placés sur les véhicules.

Il est seulement possible pendant la journée, de rester sur le dagcamping avec une tente.
