What is the best way to do this?
I mean, Iassume scent snips will do the actual cutting, but how do you then create a new "flat" end where you've cut for sitting in retainers etc? Also in a way where both springs are still very even?

no easy way, i have cut mine in the past with snips or a Dremel:thumbsup:cutting disk, then re ground the ends, after rebending them. not easy and remember whan you remove coils you alter the spring strength
Ive got a load of losi springs which have had coils cut off them if you need any;)
