Hi Guys, hopefully we have made some progress regarding restarting racing.

This coming Thursday 15th we plan to run a test meeting at Roade school to check the viability of running meetings in the other hall.
We could do with a dozen or so people of all abilities turning up so we can check pitting arrangements, and the track size/surface.

We plan to see how we can arrange things, build a track and run some open practice and then get people's feedback.

The surface is wooden floor and in some quick testing provides decent grip with all Schumacher yellow compound tyres with mini pin 2 so far the best option, but please feel free to bring anything else you may have to try.

There will be no charge for this meeting, if you wish to come along or have any questions please reply to this post

Times and dates will depend on how things work out, but we should be able to have the hall from 5:30 until 10:00, with racing likely to start at 7:00

Good news about starting the racing. Not been to your club before but you're fairly local to me. Ordinarily Thursday evening would suit me fine, however I'm out of the country this week. Will look out for updates to see how things progress.

Hi guys, for the test meeting you can arrive any time after 5:45.
When you arrive please park in the main car park, and come and find us before bringing all your gear in. We have two ideas in mind regarding pitting, so please bring a table, chair and extension lead if possible, but these may not be needed depending on what arrangements we make.
The post code for the venue is NN7 2LP
These coordinates will show the actual hall on google maps 52.154904, -0.900461

Surprisingly well, we're going to run meetings for the next few weeks and see how things go.
