If I take my lad to the junior finals will I be allowed to race also as I'm not a veteran until Sep 2016 (is there a guest race basically)

Stu, how does the booking system work, do we book through BRCA or directly through you / Bury. Me, Aidan, Gary from Southport would be interested in the VET's, thanks Tommy

Hi Tommy, I might be wrong but I think it through your BRCA Rep. Not too sure yet as I dont have all the details as yet.

I am sure Stuart will be along soon to let us all know.

Thanks Tony - no point entering then, seems a pity they can't put a race on as the juniors can't get there without there parents and I understood it the entries were low this year and under the old format I could have run under the f2's

Always next year!

There will be a few drivers that would say what you have BUT after a long discussion, the committee decided this is a Juniors event after all and giving the parents breathing space and the luxury of holding the event in holiday time August was the better option to encourage more Juniors. They are the future of our sport after all. Also please note the F2s was not well attended at the last event so that was considered too.
I apologise on behalf of the committee that some will suffer but I am sure some will gain too. The balancing act unfortunately will affect us all one way or the other.

The F2 's weren't well attended last year due to it being held right at the bottom of the country meaning a huge drive for most. Will be interested to see how the vets/juniors get on with their own meeting..I can't see it being anything but quiet if I'm honest though.

I know at least three drivers from the local area that will be going to the Vets!

Will Chris Cocker come out of retirement??

Sorry Tony E for hijacking this thread (but it is on oOple!)

The oOple Summer Series Dates are now being formalised following the BRCA National dates being announced.

I would like to think we can put our dates out in the very near future!

Regards

oOple Series Co-ordinator!
