Looks awesome. This may be a silly question but are these self-fit ? Im guessing that they must be at the price but Ellis says " just got it back". Does he have staff to do these menial tasks  ?
Im having one too regardless

They are self fit but they are all pre-cut for you to just stick on in the correct place.
I had "staff" in this case as Kevin used my transmitter to model them all on...however I have to fit them myself in the future as I have a spare set in case I damage mine
Must remember to look at my car when I am racing tomorrow rather than admire my transmitter up on the rostrum :wub

Sorry, Jimmy if I should not be replying to this post.
Hi Rich
Yes, they are self fit. The reason Ellis says he just got his transmitter back from me is that I used his transmitter to make the templates from, so I fitted the skin on for him to make sure everything fitted correctly.
As long as you don't press the decal down too firmly, you can carefully peel up the decal and reposition it before finally rubbing it down when you are happy.
As for having staff for the menial tasks. It's just me and the wife and she does not have the patience to stick on the skins. But don't tell her or I will be toast. :p She does help a lot with other things though.

My own personal one has left Decal Designs and I cant wait to get it fitted.

Thanks, Mark I have already had some enquiries for the KO Helios transmitter skin, so when I am ready I will be in touch, if that's ok?
Just started work on the 3VC Template, so hopefully this will be available soon, but it will take longer to make the template as the shape is a lot more complicated than the KO Esprit 3.
Darren is correct you will be able to order the transmitter skins from him as well as direct from me.

Same company, Darren. Like most of these companies in Japan they make lots of things. Just look at Hitachi want a HiFi and a very large truck to take it home in and a even bigger ship to carry the truck to the UK. :p

Glad you liked it Andy. Darren from DMS is sending me a Spectrum module, so I can make a template for that instead of the standard KO module. Any of you guys that have already received your KO skins from me that have a spectrum module fitted to their radio, let me know and I will send a skin for that to match and also another arial section to cover up the hole free of charge. If you are still waiting for your skin or proof, please let me know if you are using a Spectrum module so I can add that skin in your order after I get the module from Darren.
Kev
can't wait for the 3VC unit, can you do them with a Spektrum module bit too Kev?

Easy to fit and remove, took me about an hour to fit it accurately. Its a thick vinyl, looks pretty durable and at the price i think that they are a bargain.

Ive got/had about 8 designs as my TC shell gets replaced every few months due to weekly hammering and the buggies only get ran at Worksop.
Dont take it personally if im not always running your shell - ive got several new ones here never fitted/used.
I get my TC shells from the USA. Those lights are painted :wub

Hi Ben glad you like it, one little thing on the side view you got the little sticker at the bottom of the pic upside down;)
Belsten, if you want to remove the skin, if it is within 24 hours it should just peel off. But if you gently warm the skin with a hair dryer( NOT A HEAT GUN ) it should peel off easily and leave no sticky mess behind.
MChandler, Spectrum DX3 should be coming a little later, after the Futaba 3VC and Sanwa Exzes Plus, but will need to get hold of one to make the templates.
Kev

I would like to apologise to all my customers that have experienced a delay with their orders and emails being answered. I have taken over running a model shop and have been very busy getting everything sorted out and a bit of a disaster at home with drain that flooded a property below where I live. I am starting to catch up with the backlog of orders and requests and if you have been patiently waiting for a reply to an email from me I should be in touch soon.
Thank you for your understanding and I am sorry for any inconvenience.
