I still run my a-1 here n the states. its a bit 2 cold right now for any racing or practice but, come spring I hope 2 b back n the swing of things & with a few more improvements it should be a great racing season 4 me. as far as aero I have no clue im pretty much making my own spears, parts, & improvements. it would be nice to here they r producing a few aluminum parts 4 it.

It took many hours to make the Chassis for myself and Im still doing bits on it here and there doing the odd change. Ive probably spent 30 hours machining time on that car. It wouldn't have taken aslong If I had a CNC Mill.

Its a project for me. I will let you know If I make a new chassis and the old one would be available to you.

We will see though.

Cheers

As Its always having new bits made for it and I try different things I have my good and bad days with it. Once lipo fits in it will be better on weight as it weighs 1900grams but would loose 200grams which would sort it out very much.

The cars very good outside, but still needs much more track testing to get it right.
I have removed the Aero Diffs and run hotbodies parts which I am much more familiar with, but had to machine the crown gears to size to fit. The Center Slipper needed Easier adjustment so I poped In the center slipper internals off the old D4 slipper and a longer screw. This saves the need for a Nut driver and an Allen driver.

Kevin Lee told me to move the rear gearbox forwards so the drive shafts wouldn't be angled. I have a few more plans to change parts of the car but I am enjoying driving the car.

Cheers

how much forward did u move the rear gear box & r the d4 slipper parts similar 2 bj4we slipper parts?

I moved the rear gearbox forwards around 5mm and this allowed me to flip the wishbones the other way. This should then allow you to run X-6 rear wishbones.

thanx, im not formilar with the x-6 so what is the benefit in using the x-6 rear wishbones over the stock ones
