Which race program is it ?

Apologies if this question has been asked before but im keen to take a lap top racing and was wondering what & where do I get the programme from that I see running on everyone elses lap top ?
Im not great with computers so is there anything special I need to do to connect at meetings ?

Normally the person running the system will have the programme with them. Ive tried downloading from the BBK website before and it's always been the wrong version.

Version run by nationals is definitely different to the version in use at worksop, because i had to uninstall at rd 1 of worksop and install their version.
