What springs people use on their S12-1M?
The kit ones don't let me go low enough at the back, without trimming a coil (which I don't want to do), and xgear/associated are a touch slack in the perches (I'm fussy, I know).
Is there a kit out there that fits well and works?
Thanks
Charles

we use losi black front, orange/red/silver rear
and or associated springs front and back
Sworkz are bringing out a kit set soon i beleive
having said that Ive ran the kit springs everywhere and have been absolutely fine

I prefer the car with a heavy front spring on high grip, so using an associated purple, but it's a bit slack at the perches, it works with no issues, but I'd prefer something that sits 100% (suppose I could try kyosho adjusters/perches but I like the kit perches/guards.
At the rear the kit spring on inner tower and arm hole doesn't let me go below 21mm with mini spike's and I'd like to have the option of going a bit lower on some tracks. The rate feels about right...
Are losi springs any smaller in diameter than the associated ones?

yes the losi springs fit better in that theyre not as wide as the AE ones, give them a try
