I bought a years membership online on January 19th. Emailed them two weeks ago. Haven't received any info or anything. Just wondering if anyone knows who to contact as unable to get to a club event for a few weeks.

So, the new membership cards took a while to come in...when they arrived we spotted that my amazing design skills and proof reading ability missed the clanger of not actually changing the date on the cards! :blush:

So, this means that we've had to order yet more cards! They are a week or so away yet.

In the meantime, anyone who's joined can carry on using the tracks as normal.

If you're not a key holder from previous years, then the site is open roughly 9-5:30 Monday to Saturday, but locked on Sundays. If you want access on Sundays then let us know, as it can be arranged.

Any paid up members for this year with keys from previous years can come and go as normal as the old key still works.

We have actually been handing out the "bad" cards at race days for those who want them in the short term, but will be clearing the back log of postal memberships as soon as the new cards arrive.

If you'd like a key in the meantime, we can post that out to you on it's own. We aren't stopping paid up members from using the tracks before we catchup!

That's fine. I have been using the track but a little worried that I had no proof of membership cheers
