could someone please tell me how thick the spacer is for the zero degree setting?

There wouldn't be a spacer if you wanted 0deg the blocks would just mount directly to the chassis.

the one that says zero on it. can someone be so kind as to measure it with some calipers? :)

Schumacher anti squat
4 shim 3.48mm
3 shim 2.80mm
2 shim 2.07mm
1 shim 1.36mm
0 shim 0.96mm

Rear spacer shim must be equivalent of 0.96mm.
