Quick question?

I've got hold of another Futaba 2LGX transmitter cheap, 28 years after buying my first one.

This one is in good condition but am now wondering if it could be converted to 2.4Ghz using one of the Corona/Assan/Frsky DIY 'hack' modules.

Does anyone know any electronics experts who could can do this?

I might ask Derek Bailey but thought I'd ask on here first.

Any help much appreciated.

Pic from advert, I only bought the transmitter.
