I know this isnt the place to voice this but im annoyed, I have ordered some parts from end of line rc and only received half, when i try to contact them i have not been able to make contact. This is almost a month ago now an its getting rediculous, i know we have had 2 weeks of crimbo but everywhere should caught up by now. Also i have a GTB that i need send back to cml for some work on it, and again i cant seem to get through to anyone, i was given an email for the department and have not heard anything back from them either, and help that people can give me i will be greatful.
Just both companies dont seem to have very good customer care at all!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as I know it's the same company, personally I'd just ring CML and ask them to find out for you.
End of Line RC is a branch of CML, it is used to sell redundant stock and stuff that they no longer distribute. Give CML a call, and get it sorted, always best to phone if there is a problem.

Ther eis no phone number for "End Of Line" since at the knock down prices they clear the stuff out for they cannot justify paying someones wage to sit by/or on the phone all day too. Assadi just phone CML regarding yopur repair or go through your l;ocal shop to deal with it for you (as CML prefer ALL customers to do)

just give them a ring, you dont NEED it in writting, it's not as if your going to need it for legal action or anything. By the time your finished complaining here, you could of rang them up and have the problem rectified. :)

I've also had a little disappointment buying direct from CML recently.
Ordered some parts through their Shopatron site and two of them were not actually available despite the website saying they were. They let me know that one part was unavailable before they sent the order out, but when the other part didn't come in the jiffy bag I was told it was also out of stock and the Shopatron side of the business hadn't been told! So I doubt I will use their Shopatron if it can't be trusted to actually have the parts it says available.
Although in fairness to CML they have refunded the unsent parts and answered all my emails, and there are phone numbers published that you can use to contact them (not that I have needed to).
from what I understand, Shopatron, the order is sent out to their shops for completion, so the item doesn't come direct from CML, so in theory, out of ALL the shops, one of them should have your part, but theory and practice are sometimes a little different.

I think you are correct DCM. That shopatron seems a bit pointless to me, just go to your LHS in person and buy it. Or if you really are such a geek that you can't face leaving your front room or having to actually talk to another human being :o go to your favourite online store eg. DMS who will be more likely to have it in stock

The lads are all right, Shopatron is NOT CML is is the participating shops who "say" they can fulfill the customers orders. Problem is, tyou submit your order, then at the END of that day it goes out to tender to al the shops who can fulfill it, then the closest shop to your address who has it all in stock (supposedly) gets given your order (some "say" they have it to get your order, then when given it try to order the bits in ti find out CML dont have any - naughty naughty).
So not only do you have to wait at least two days for your order to even be allocated ("most" of our orders are in the hands of our customers before then!!!), you also always pay the FULL RRP price shown on the CML website (no discounts HERE) and to top it all off Shopatron make a nice tidy package out of it all too!!!
For these reasons, and the fact that we simply do not have the time to log onto thier system every day and troll through the placed orders to see what we can supply and what we cannot, we do not bother participating in the program. It is quicker, cheaper and more efficient for the customers to come direct to us (or indeed any other "similiar" good mail order store, not just bigging us up here!!)

Unfortunately If you order an item using your computer dont expect it to ask if you had a nice day ;-)

I am trying to get some parts also from them. WORSE online experience ever for me. I bought some parts in Singapore 4 days ago and got them today. And, before sponsored CML friends jump in, I have called. I had to since they answer once in while to your email. I'll get into details later on. I am so pissed for now, two weeks gone since they have been Paypaled and guys tell you they have no trace of your order when you call them? Nothing has been mailed. First answer, the "responsible" guy is on holiday? I am also going to need some after dealing with them.

Our normal service is generally excellent and we have made many rc enthusiasts very happy by supplying them rare and discontinued items not available elsewhere on the web.
@ RC10WORLD
I've emailed you updated details of your order. You will be pleased to know it's already in the U.S and should be with you shortly.

Reviving this old one instead of starting a new one.
End of the line RC have some parts in stock (at least I hope they do) that I really want and need.
I have tried to contact them on several occasions but no answer. I could try to order the parts I want but the risk of not receiving them seems more than likely since they wont reply to my emails.
Does anybody know if they're out of business or if it's just poor customer service?

Just to add, I've placed a few orders with end-of-line-rc recently and have had good service. I received my items quickly & where any items have been out of stock, I've been refunded straight away - so a definite thumbs up from me :)
