View Full Version : B4 Servo problem

Had accident the last time i took my b4 out, broke the wishbone which i replaced but the steering still didnt feel right, took it aoart and found id destroyeed the servo gears, got a new serv which is just a standard ko propo one i think but when ive got all the servo mounts on the servo they dont line up properly, are some servos slightly bigger than others, its only about 1mm too big and was wondering if aanyone has aany ideas.

Slide the servo mounts across????????? lol isnt that what you normally do to make the holes line up???:lol:

No sorry, didnt explaain properly:blush:, the holes need to be slid backwards but the servo cant go back anymore as its hitting the chassis.

Only about 1-2mm, it makes the screw go in all wonky

Are you using alloy servo mounts?

Have you put the spacers between the mount and the servo.

Yeah, ive got alloy servo mounts, but no i havetnt got spacers between the mount and the servo, the thought just never occured to me ill try it when ive got a bit of time, cheers for the help.
