alternative wheels

Has anyone used different wheels other than pr wheels. If so do they make a difference to the width of the car.

I've used some X-Ray rears but I didn't like the offset which didn't leave a great deal of room for the nut. I've also had to use Schumacher front wheels on my V3 which were fine. I'm not sure some other rears might work too well due to the V3 chunky rear axle which is great for strength.

I use PR wheels pretty much exclusively that way I have no issues :thumbsup:

I use J-Concepts TLR22 rear wheels (JC3326). You get 4 in a pack for £8 and they fit perfectly.

For the front I use the Schumacher U4661 wheels. These seem to have a very good fit with the low profile cut staggers so I do not need to glue the tyres on the rims.

What about the Absima wheels that Kev stocks? Would they be ok?
