Hello everyone where is the best place to get a Transponder from I really don't understand them

Where do you race?
What system do they have?
If it's an AMB/Mylaps system then they make their own transponders or MRT make compatible ones.

There ar variations to the versions of timing systems such as RC2/3/4 and not all are fully compatible so you need to know what your club/s use

As above.... the latest MRT transponders work on all systems and are a good price . Facebook or google Model racing technology.
Having said that, the other version AMB, are excellent their "Harry" version is best.
Both plug in to your receiver and allow race control to count your laps automatically. Most clubs have "handout" versions that you can borrow , but having your own, permanently in the car , is much more convenient.

Register with mrtwebshop (http://mrtwebshop.com/) and if buying more than one, buy the heatshrink version, then you can get cases on ebay. Cheapest way of doing.
