Hi all

I'm getting my MR4BC up and running and would like to know if
anyone fitted a diff into a MR4BC? If so which diff do I need and is there any mods to do?

Also I will be running a 10.5 can anyone recommend a good starting FDR

Thanks for your help

Bit confused here
mr4 bc had diffs when new ?
Do you mean retro fitting gear diffs as originals were ball type ?

I guess if not overpowering buggy ball diffs should cope ok

After taking a look at the manual, I doubt you'll find some direct fit gear diffs. Maybe some of the Schumacher buggies could be made to fit. For your FDR, check your motor's manual and the little gear chart below. Unfortunately I do not know what pinions actually fit, but the internal ratio should be 2.2 and the both spurs that used to be available are 84 and 78 teeth.

Thanks Mes, great help, I'm running a 10.5 with the 84 spur, so looking at the chart 84/23 looks a good starting point for around 8.03,

I do have a lot of spares so I might see what gear diff fits with out to much modding
