Speed Passion ESC

Hi All
Looking for some assistance
Scenario: trying to set up my 5 yr old with some racing kit
I am an accomplished racer from the 2000's and looking to coach my son
K1 aero - check
Savox servo - check
Cube tranny required
ESC combo required
Currently bashing about a CAT 3000 and going well so looking to start racing at end of year

Have found this on ebay, need some advice on it

Will this be ok to get us going?

That ESC won't be powerful enough. You'd want a 90a plus ESC.

What sort of budget do you have?

Ok I see this is 40
Budget is low as poss. Can spend money if goes to plan

What about mid range.
Something that will last or alternatively I could use if he doesn't.

The Skyrc stuff is good, you pick up one of their 120a esc's for around £75 from rcmart.
