Got a problem with my Matrix Evo '07 in that it won't do anything, no power nothing. I have the Warranty card but no receipt and I just wondered whether the receipt was necessary for Nosram to honour the warranty? It has been mine from new but I can't prove it. Has anybody else sent their ESC's off without proof that it was you that originally bought it?

Spoke to Mirage Racing today. What a top, top bunch of blokes they have there. Super helpful, cheerful and totally on-the-ball. Great service guys, well impressed.

Just thought I would update this as I blieve giving credit where credit is due.
I sent the Matrix Evo ESC off to Mirage on Monday morning, guaranteed delivery by 1.00 p.m. the next day.
Today (wednesday) at 11.30 the doorbell rang and a courier was standing there with my replacement brand new sealed Matrix Evo returned from Mirage.:o
I honestly doubt you will get a better service than that anywhere in the World! Absolutely amazing stuff, a HUGE thank you to the staff at Mirage for their hard work. :wub:thumbsup:

I know its not a Nosram, but I have a problem with my Sphere (same speedo technically).
Now, how important is the serial number on the warranty card?
I no longer have the box and the one on the speedo has some numbers missing....it has been used.:p
Can I get away without filling the serial number in?
I mean, its pretty obvious that its an LRP.

Mr Skelding might well know ;)
To send the speedo off to SMD you need your warranty card and the receipt of purchase. Ive got two speedo's that need checking out.. but dont have the receipts :bored:
Adam said that mirage wont take the lrp speedo's in for repair... :(

When I spoke to Mirage they only wanted the serial number to be intact on the ESC itself, the receipt was not necessary as the warranty card was the only paperwork required. Obviously SMD might have a different set of rules but that I can only speak from my experience. I did need to get a job number from them that I had to note down with the ESC when I sent it off. Sorry I can't be any more help dude.
