DMS Racing most definitely, order early one day and your order should be with you the next, great people to do business with.

MB models is a good shop chris, ive drove down there in the past for parts as it isnt too far away from mine and good if your "stuck".
I havent had any luck with PBM Racing, i tried for 3 days in a row to order something from them but i couldnt get anyone to answer the fone.
Much the same with DMS, they may generally have good stock and plenty of people have good luck with them but i havent been able to order a thing from them to date. Unless you know an exact part number your after the website is a complete nightmare browsing is impossible. Also they wont deliver to me at my work address which is a big issue for me.
Ive used Microtech racing which are good too, and modelsport have been good too. Apex are also good if you phone first to check what you want is in stock.

You can register YOUR card to your work address to help yourself with your delivery problem (goods to the card address only is to protect YOU "the cardholder" from potential fraud) and finding stuff on our site is nowhere near as difficult as you keep making out. I agree our site doesnt suit everyone perfectly, but it is not rocket science to use. Please only criticize us when you have at least used us and can see first hand how good or bad we are for yourself from your own experiences, you have never give us the "chance" to show you. Everytime you have asked us for stuff we had had 95%+ of it in stock ready to go, yet we have never got the order for one reason or the other. Critisicm where it is due "please"

(Not having a dig, just find it hard to accept when you have not let us get a single order out to you for many different reasons now, if you try us and you still think we are useless, then please feel free to tell the world and express your "opinon")

Don't worry Darren, we all know DMS is an awesome shop from experience. Perhaps Jimmi is a vicitim of his own circumstances - thats not DMS's fault.

I wasnt having a "dig" either i was just voicing my experiences.
Dms certainly does have a good following so im sure that had i ever been able to order anything from you i would of been pleased. But i have never managed to order anything from dms. I have struggled to find things i have needed in stock (not on the website but by physically phoning) and when you have had the things i wanted would not send them out to me at my work address which is of little or no use to me. So look at these reasons why i have never actually been able to order something from yourself. Unless i find a way of actually ordering something from you i cant comment on the service i have tried to hand over some of my money but failed on all attempts.
I spend a lot of money with a few shops both in toy cars and my other hobbies and i dont seem to have a problem with any of them sending parcels to my work address. So maybe i have been unlucky with my whole "DMS experience" However i do love the complete arrogance that comes across everytime you reply to anyone questioning you. That always works real well !
Why not look at this as feedback into something DMS doesnt do too well rather than anything else.

Theres no arrogance Jimmi, I just felt it unfair to have the criticism against us when you have never used us mate, the question at the start of this thread was to "recomend" a good shop, no-one asked for potential bad ones to be pointed out, named and shamed. I have only responded to (what I believe) is an unjust comment made about us in the first place.

The work address thing is a policy we have employed is to protect YOU (the customer) from a fraudulent transaction where goods can be paid for on your card and diverted to the fraudsters address, we were offered it by the bank as the most secure option and jumped at the chance, but not all shops choose to use it.

As I did state, YOU can register your card to your place of work and then the address matches and goods can go there no problem, but you have to register it there first, many of our customers have already and goods leave for work address's every day of the week from here.

BTW when you phoned us, we had every part you wanted from a list of around 10/11 except just one (one way pulley if I rememeber correct), I doubt many stores could have bettered that at the time. So aprta from not being able to send to your non-verified work address I honestly cannot see what we had done wrong to deserve what you said....

Mountain / mole hill....

Your just making yourself look bad. Im sure you can appreciate the security in stopping fraudulent purchases, and for this you ought to be grateful and react well to it, not bad like you are. If you'd just verify your work address with your card then you'd have no issue, and im saying this as an outsider as its plain to see.

Personally I am all for security. Wish every retailer would do it.
