I'll be moving down to Bristol in the next couple of months, so can anyone tell me of any good, regular club racing in that part of the world?

The closest thing I have found so far seems to be Chippenham.

Ideally I'd like electric indoor racing, preferably touring cars or buggy, although 12th or micro could be a possibilty. I'll even go nitro if I have to! Weekends will be a lot easier than midweek.

there isnt anything for 10th buggies, the nearest for 10th is probably Caldicot, about 45 mins from Bristol and a great club
Weston Super Mare cater for micros, thats about 20-30 mins from bristol
Caldicot race on Friday nights, start about 7:30 and Weston I think is every other Tuesday night ????

No club in Bristol or Gloucester (well there is a club on a Friday night in Gloucester but it's a very small track, too small for buggies ... I race MO3 there)

This is a racing dead zone, no shops to speak of either!!!

There is Swindon & Newbury area if you can stand a run up the M4, busy motorway.

there's prime opurtunity to buy a warehouse set up a decent multi class track and a shop would be a big investment though esp in the current climate.

deffo would make a small loss or just about break even for a while

Dave, sorry mate but when I last went to Weston it catered for all including nitro. They did have an off road grass track, with jumps and was fun, and possibly still do. I will try and get hold of Tim and will update if its still there.

Caldicot is still up there as one of the best clubs in the country I have been to and has been going as long as I have been racing. Great people, great racers and great fun.
