Good evening, not sure if I've posted this in the right section, but here we go!

I've been racing for a few years now, and always ran Sanwa radios! Currently run a mt44 wheel. It's a great radio and simple to use , but I'm not -00% happy with it compared to my old mt4 wheel.

So I'm looking at changing again, but now I'm looking at the Futaba 4px. Does anyone have any hands on experience with not radios and have an opinion on the better one? Or if the futaba would be a good upgrade and what benefits would I get? Cheers

I also had a MT44 and although was a great radio i found it a bit small. I sold it and got the m12s rs and now i'm happy. A friend of mine has the 4px and although nice i prefer the layout of the sanwa.

I think that's what I'm not keen on, it feels cheap in the hand and too light! But It works great ! So just not sure!

I would deffo try and have a hold of a futaba and they do feel different to sanwa. Also see if you can have hold of the m12 series.

Yeah I've actually briefly used the futaba, which is why I'm mainly looking at it, but not sure if it's worth the money just so it feels better in the hand, when my one is fine, if that makes sense! I do need to find someone with the 12 though see what that's like. As having 6 rx's and 5 cars to race, it would be cheeper to stay Sanwa! Ha ha

Thats a good point. Also there is a 7px out so you may find a few deals on the older one or people upgrading.

my lad runs a 4px and he rates it very highly

programming is simple and its rock solid never lost bind or missed a beat

sanwa is also excellent difficult to choose
