Mardave cobra tyre inserts?

Can anyone suggest which tyres inserts would fit standard mardave cobra spiked tyres?

Mine doesn't have Cobra rims on it,but if they're 2.2 inch then 2.2 inch inserts.
If they're 2.0inch and you can't find any,would 2.2's with the .2 removed do??
