Any sensorless ESC will run both sensored and sensorless motors; it'll just run a sensored motor as if it's sensorless, as it won't use the sensor lead. The Losi Xcelorin, Castle Mamba Max, Tekin R1 Pro ESCs - and many more - are all sensorless and will run most sensored motors pretty well (though some ESCs do a better job than others; this is more to do with the various motor designs, and not the fact that they're sensored).

The latest Castle software for the Mamba Max will run pretty much any motor out there very smoothly indeed, and is both powerful and reliable.

rs and rspro have the advantage of being able to run both tho. it is nice especially if yu have sensored motors that have lost a sensor. i run mine in dual mode most of the time as its the best of both worlds. not sure of anyothers that do both like the tekin does. + the help you will get on the speedo and the advantages of the hotwire make it a very versatile and user friendly speedo

If you love to play around with settings, consider the GM Genius 120. Comes with USB Cable so you can set up everything over the PC. Can handle any motor up to 3 Cells Lipo and 120 Amps cont.
