having just bought a BJ4 and looking at everyones setup the first thing i noticed was the car has no servo saver. Not a problem and i put the same horn i use on my B4, however my BJ4 has no steering..... Oh and me servo is a mint KO one so its not that.

Help.....

Is the servo horn the 'kit' horn? If not, it may be hat the horn your using is too short and catching on the top of the servo as it turns, reducing the lock of the steering??:)

Any chance of a picture of the steering linkage? We might be able to see what's wrong that way :)

Steering is now sorted after MR Lowe donated me a servo horn at batley on sunday. Many thanks....

No it wasnt too short. The problem was it had a slight offset in it where the ball joint screwed in. This caused the ball joint to be closer to the servo and the plastic cup caught on the servo. Steering is perfect now....
