ICONIC RC10 Body What Design !!

Hi all.

I will be attending the ICONIC this year and wanted to help sponsor the event.

I will be purchasing a RC10 Turbo Mirage Body, I will paint it, Sticker it with vintage stickers, then hand it over to be raffled off over the weekend.

I thought a poll would be good to decide which design I should paint. There are 3 designs to vote for.

Rory Cull (sunrise)
Craig Drescher (93 Worlds)
Cliff Lett (Mo0)

I love the Rory Cull design but I’ve got 3 original ones so I think you need to do something a little more Intricate :thumbsup:

The Craig Drescher one Mr Lapper. Though the one Ade mentioned is also a lovely shell, but low on ref pics.

Update.....

Just thought I would show the New RC10 Mirage body I will painting in the next 2 weeks once finshed I will post pictures of it........:thumbsup::thumbsup:

It has taken a little long than I expected to complete this body, due to illness and personal reasons. This is why I wasn't at the ICONIC 2019.

I have now completed the DRESCHER 1993 WORLDS Body and the lucky winner was Philip Barlow. WELL DONE matey !!!.....:thumbsup:

It will be in the post tomorrow 1st class. If anyone on here knows Philip can you let him know please.....:thumbsup:

The white stripes are on Dreschers body. If you google the pictures or have a re-re RC10 Worlds box. There will be a picture of Drescher with Kinwald on his shoulders. They are both holding there buggies after the finals and Drescher had the white stripes on his RC10.

The picture I posted at the start of this thread, was of my body and at the time I was toooo lazy to do the stripes, but this was for charity and wanted it as close as I could get for the winner.....:)

Also the bonnet stripes show slightly of line, which I also did on this body.....

Members Help.

I posted the Shell on Monday this week, Royal Mail attempted delivery on Tuesday. Tracking shows its still not been collected.

If any members can let the winner know please, as if I have it returned I will take it he doesn't want it and I don't want that to happen....

It maybe that hes busy, or Royal Mail havent left a card.

Could you please let Philip know the DRESCHER BODY is at the post office awaiting the new owner......:D:thumbsup:
