Hi
Yeah 3s should be fine
Personally, I do qualis then change bell bearings before final and also put a fresh air filter on
Engine varies, have you bought a new one?
Always have a spare plug. Keep an eye on it and change it when it looks worn or struggle to start

It's not hard to check the bearings and piston and sleeve in them..... If I can do it then pretty much anyone can.

You'll find that once at the track people are more than happy to give anyone a hand that's what's so cool about the hobby
